Bieżące komunikaty prasoweUniserv wykona remont zabytkowej hali kotłów w Kopalni „Wieczorek”
W ramach podpisanej umowy z Dalkia Polska Energia S.A. Uniserv S.A. wykona modernizację zabytkowego Budynku Kotłowni w ZP5 „Wieczorek”. Wybudowany w 1906 r. obiekt, jako cześć uznanego za Pomnik Historii układu urbanistycznego osiedla Nikiszowiec, jest objęty ochroną prawną. Wartość zadania inwestycyjnego to około 3,5 mln zł. Prace związane z modernizacją rozpoczęły się w połowie kwietnia b. r. i potrwają 24 tygodnie.
Osiedle Nikiszowiec wraz z pobliskim Giszowcem zaliczają się do najciekawszych postindustrialnych atrakcji regionu. Będąc ważnym punktem na Szlaku Zabytków Techniki, osiedla stały się jednymi z ważnych symboli Katowic.

W ramach modernizacji Uniserv wykona zabezpieczenie konstrukcyjne ponad stuletniej murowanej ściany zabytkowego Budynku Kotłowni w ZP5 „Wieczorek” wraz z jej częścią podziemną. W pracach zastosowane zostaną technologie: iniekcji krystalicznej zawilgoconej części podziemnej muru oraz mikropalowania dla posadowienia nowowprowadzanych elementów konstrukcyjnych. W ramach prac modernizacyjnych Uniserv zaprojektuje także rozwiązania wzmocnienia skorodowanych węzłów stalowych, kratowych wiązarów dachowych, a także wykona fundamenty pod słupy kratowe zabezpieczające ścianę północno-zachodnią budynku przed działaniem wiatru.
– Modernizacja zabytkowego obiektu jest operacją skomplikowaną technicznie i organizacyjnie dlatego zależało nam na wyborze wykonawcy, który posiada odpowiednie doświadczenie i referencje. Prace wymagają szczególnej ostrożności i poprzedzenia ich działaniami przygotowawczymi oraz zabezpieczającymi, w tym: wzniesienia tymczasowej konstrukcji wsporczej przejmującej obciążenie od stalowych dźwigarów dachu budynku w celu odciążenia wzmacnianego muru – dodaje Przemysław Lisowski.
